By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use immediately.

User Agreement

By creating an account or using any services provided by DesertWar, you agree to the following conditions:

• You agree to receive informational and promotional emails from DesertWar upon account registration.
• DesertWar staff is not responsible for disputes, harassment, or offensive behavior conducted by third-party players through in-game chat.
• Account security is solely the responsibility of the player. DesertWar is not responsible for losses caused by hacking, scams, or unauthorized access.
• Players are expected to use a unique password and enable in-game security features (such as character lock) to reduce the risk of account compromise.
• You authorize DesertWar to temporarily suspend account(s) for investigation if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized software, virtual machines, or modified client files.
• In certain cases, players may be required to provide reasonable proof of device ownership to restore access to suspended accounts.
• You agree not to exchange, sell, or trade in-game currency, items, or accounts for real-world money or services.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• DesertWar reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts without prior notice if a user is found to harm the server’s integrity, reputation, or community, either in-game or on third-party platforms.
